Within the scope of the People's Day Program, our people can get detailed information about astronomy and observatories with various presentations, have the opportunity to meet our astronomers and ask questions they are curious about. The scope of the program includes the opportunity to participate in night observations with a fully automatic telescope (T30) with a mirror diameter of 30 cm. At nights where the weather is suitable for observation, the Moon and Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and its satellites, some bright nebulae, galaxies, star clusters and important celestial planets (Moon and Sun eclipses, comets, etc.) can be traced.
The program is carried out under suitable weather conditions. In case of cancellation of the program, participants will be informed on our web page before or on the day of the program.
