LOYP is a program to reward successful undergraduate students in the field of Astronomy and Space Sciences, introduce them to the infrastructure of a professional observatory and enable them to experience the observatory environment. Travel, accommodation and food needs of the participating students are met by TUG. There should be no health problem that prevents the participants from being at high altitudes (2500 m).
